“Nutrition for Your Best Energy” – Thursday 1/8, 6:30 pm
Have you ever wondered how nutrition impacts your energy levels? Do you want to start this year off with your best energy? Come learn from Registered Dietitian, Vasu Thorpe, on how to fuel your body so you can feel energized both at the workplace and at home!

 

“Cholesterol Management & Heart Disease Prevention” – Thursday 1/15, 6:30 pm
What is cholesterol and how do you control it? What impact does it have on your overall health? Come join Emily Moore, a registered dietitian from Cultivate Wellness, as she discusses nutrition and wellness strategies that help you both fuel your body well and decrease your risk factors for heart disease.

 

“Childhood Nutrition & Family Wellness” – Saturday 1/24, 12:00 pm
Is your goal to raise a healthy, happy eater? Do you want simple, sustainable strategies to reduce mealtime stress, boost nutrition, and help your whole family thrive? Join Virginia Vajner, a registered dietitian with over 15 years of pediatric nutrition experience, as she shares practical tips that will benefit your children and your family as whole. (This program will follow our children’s program “Wiggles & Wellness.” Come for an afternoon of childhood wellness.)

 

“Nutrition for an Endurance Event” – Thursday 1/29, 6:30 pm
Whether it’s a 5k, marathon, or Ironman, training  with the proper nutrition can maximize the results from all your weeks of training. Come learn about nutrition and hydration strategies for before, during, and after endurance training from Dylan White, a registered dietitian and ultramarathon runner.
