June 10: Happily Never After ~ 2pm, YouTube All is not right at the Enchanted Library in the Forest! Become a crime-solving detective and save the fairy tale characters. Get clues by using the detective’s video diary, which includes a shot of the crime scene and short interviews with the suspects. Can you solve the case?

June 17: Disney & Fairytale Trivia ~ All day, Kahoot Answer trivia questions and put your knowledge to the test by watching fun trivia videos!

June 24: Fairy Tale Website Scavenger Hunt ~ 2pm, YouTube Search the library website far and wide to find the answers to Ms. Holly’s fun scavenger sheet!

July 1: Writing Fun ~ 2pm, YouTube Become an author. Create your own fairy tale, learn how to make a mini-book and explore your family ancestry.

July 8: King Arthur’s Where in the Library in the Forest Am I? ~ 2pm YouTube King Arthur is taking selfies of his adventures at the library. Check out his pics and tell us where he is. A prize will be awarded to the first tween who gets all of the answers correct!

July 15: Twisted Fairy Tales ~ 2pm YouTube Watch this hilariously twisted fairy tale puppet show, then download scripts to host a twisted fairy tale show of your own. Download the stick puppet craft to create your puppets prior to the program!

July 22: Fairy Tale Jokes, Riddles & More! ~ 2pm, YouTube Beloved fairy tale characters have created some fun jokes and puzzles for you to solve!

July 29: Hour of the Olympics ~ 2pm, YouTube Decode a secret message using symbols and numbers like in Ancient Greece. Receive a list of Olympic-themed challenges to complete at home. Medals for everyone who participates!

TEENS (Grades 6-12)

The Teen Summer Reading Kick-off will be online June 2 at 3:30pm. It’s time to Breakout – teens will work as a team to solve puzzles and crack codes before the timer goes off! For teens, grades 6-12.

June 2: Digital Breakout! ~ 3:30pm, Zoom Teen Summer Reading kicks off with Digital Breakout! Get together with fellow teens to crack puzzles before the timer goes off!
