Terry McMillan has done it again, bringing us a story wrapped in razor-sharp wit, wisdom, and unforgettable characters. McMillan weaves a story of love, loss, and friendship that will make you laugh out loud one minute, and cry the next. Her honest, yet hilarious portrayal of Loretha and her circle of friends as they tackle life’s challenges in the golden years of their lives, reminds us that age ain’t nothing but a number and you’re never too old to change.
